There once was a boy and his father, the father was very wealthy and wanted to give his son anything he wanted. On his sons 2 birthday, the father asked his little boy

Son what do you want for your birthday

The son, who could speak quite well for a 2 yr old said Daddy I want a pink ping pong ball

The father replied son, your a boy and I'm never going to buy you anything thats pink! so the father bought him his first tricycle

This is pretty much how things went through out the boys life, each and every birthday and Christmas the boy requested a pink ping pong ball

On the boys 8th birthday, the father said son what do you want for your birthday

The boy said Dad all I want is a pink ping pong ball

Son we've been over this I'm not buying you anything pink

So the father bought him a brand new top of the line bike.

Years went by, and the still continued to request the pink ping pong ball---the father bought his son all kinds of expensive gifts; computers, game systems, and many other things

Finally the day of his sixteenth b-day had arrived. So what do you want for a graduation gift.

Dad I want......all I really want is a pink ping pong ball

Son!! I'm not buying you anything pink, not now, not ever, your 16 what in the world do you want a pink ping pong ball for?

So the father bought his son, a brand top of the car

The years flew by and before the father knew it his son was getting married

Son what do you and your bride want for a gift

Well dad...we talked it over

Well we want a Pink Ping Pong Ball

Son what is it with you and pink ping pong ball, you know I'm a wealthy man and I can give you whatever you want for a wedding gift but all you want is a pink ping pong ball?

So the dad bought his son and daughter in law a beautiful mansion that over looked the ocean

On the couples tenth Anniversary, the dad once again asked what do you want for your gift

The son said Father all I want.....is a pink ping pong ball

Son!!! Once and for all...stop with the pink ping pong ball..so the father bought them a top of the line boat to take out on the ocean

A few months later the son ended up in the hospital with an incurable disease

Son, son is there anything I get you or do for you
